User Profile

Profile (icon in the top-bar right) — personal account settings.

Particulars

  • First and last name — how teammates see you (pulled from your Google/Microsoft account by default, editable).
  • Avatar — pulled from your SSO provider or auto-generated from initials.
  • Email — your corporate email; can't be changed within the platform (it's tied to SSO). To use a different email — contact your administrator.
  • Job title — for context in reports ("approved by Jane Doe, CISO").

Security

Authentication is managed by your Google or Microsoft account, not by BCP Portal itself. This means:

  • Password, MFA/2FA, session policies — configured in your identity provider (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365). If your organization requires MFA for Google — it's automatically required for BCP Portal too.
  • Log out from all devices — done through the SSO provider or via Profile → Sign out.

Preferences

  • Language — English / Ukrainian. Applied immediately without re-login.
  • Theme — Light / Dark / System.
  • Timezone — for timestamp display. Defaults to the organization's timezone.
  • Email digest — how often to receive notification digests (instant / hourly / daily / weekly).

Notification preferences

Per-user settings (in addition to the organization's rules):

  • Which finding types to show as in-app notifications.
  • Whether to receive digests.
  • Digest delivery time (e.g., "09:00 in my timezone").

Report subscriptions

The list of reports you're subscribed to. You can:

  • Unsubscribe — stop receiving.
  • Subscribe — to an existing report.

Losing access

To end your access to BCP Portal — contact your administrator, they will remove you from the organization. Attribution in the history of findings and actions is preserved.
