Reports — Overview

The Reports tab lets you get a snapshot of your security state as a file. You can download a database-style dump, set up automated scheduled reports, or build a custom report on demand.

Report types

Database export

Full dump of your organization's monitoring data — all findings, statuses, timestamps, sources. Machine-readable, useful for backup, ingesting into your SIEM, or archival.

Scheduled reports

Reports that get generated on a set frequency (daily / weekly / monthly) and delivered to a Slack channel. See Scheduled Reports for details.

Custom reports

Built on demand from the Reports → New Custom Report screen. Configure:

  • What to include — which sections (posture score, active alerts, detection sources status, per-user analytics, trends, AI recommendations).
  • Period — last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date range.
  • Data scopepersonal (your own data) or company (org-wide).

Every finding in the report includes a plain-English Impact blurb ("what this means for you") and a numbered remediation playbook with concrete steps — drawn from our library and enriched with AI notes specific to that finding. No more generic "rotate your credentials" — the report tells you exactly which credentials, why it matters, and what to do in what order.

Company scope — admins only

The Company data scope option is available only to organization admins. Regular users can build custom reports over their personal data.

Recent reports

The reports list at the bottom shows what was generated previously. For each entry you see:

  • Configuration used — period, scope, sections included.
  • Delivery method — downloaded manually or sent to Slack.
  • Timestamp and who generated it.

Click a past report to re-download it or duplicate the configuration for a new one.

Report formats

Currently reports are generated as PDF for human reading, plus a machine-readable database export. Configure format in the report builder.
